To live is to pollute the environment. Even animals can damage whole ecosystems. Pretending there is a way to not pollute gets in the way of looking at how to most efficiently reduce the damage we cause. Many extremists who perpetuate the idea that polluting is somehow evil or that not polluting is possible are just overly idealistic and ignorant. Others seem to have an anti-human bias to their philosophy. Reducing pollution is a worthy goal, because it means a better
